A complete installation of 20 modules, these pieces are dear to me as they were created in a time of my life when I finally felt comfortable in my own skin…as an artist, wife, teacher and Christian. There were a lot of years leading up to my taking on these roles, a lot of growing I needed to do. This piece embodies the feeling of joy when all the planets align and all makes sense.The original series is encaustic, collage, horse and human hair, pyrography, stained fabric on panel.The 20 modules connect on all sides and can hang as a whole, in groups or individually.
