Lorraine's Extra Special Encaustic Medium

$8.00

I created this medium with a special blend of waxes to buff to a smooth, glassy surface. The base wax is pharmaceutical grade beeswax, meaning it’s filtered to make it whiter, rather than bleached with harmful chemicals.

Use this medium with The Smooth Surface Abrasives to achieve the smoothest eggshell finish for your encaustic paintings. Need Instruction to achieve a Smooth Encaustic Surface? The Complete Smooth Surface PDF/Video is now available to purchase separately.
